Corporate Event Streaming Deposit Plan

Deposit Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose: The deposit is required to secure the booking and cover initial setup costs.

2. Refund Conditions:

   • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is canceled at least 14 days prior to the event/recording date for Corporate Event Streaming and Teaching and Course Production services.

   • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is canceled at least 7 days prior to the event/recording date for Personal Live Streaming and Product Sales Live Streaming services.

   • The deposit will be credited towards the final invoice if the service is completed as scheduled.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions:

   • The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled within 14 days of the event/recording date for Corporate Event Streaming and Teaching and Course Production services.

   • The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled within 7 days of the event/recording date for Personal Live Streaming and Product Sales Live Streaming services.

   • Failure to comply with agreed-upon terms, including but not limited to last-minute changes that incur additional costs or prevent the successful completion of the service, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, adjusted for the deposit already paid.
